Transaction status in Request form status bar is not visible using some skins The transaction status that displays on the lower left of the status bar on a request form is not visible when using some skins due to the color contrast with the default black text. See the attached example of the Office 2013 Dark Gray Skin. This status is visible in the Standard Display using Office 2016 Colorful and Office 2016 Dark.

"Nullable object must have a value" Error The error message "Nullable object must have a value" needs to be explained better on the prompt. The error appears when attempting to request an item when the OCLC request is in the Cancelled status.

Turnaround Time Web Reports Articles Detail Grid no longer shows transactions When you export the report in Excel, everything is left blank except for the parameters. v9.0.3 and web report v9.0.0
Workaround: The same web report data can be extracted from ILLiad using an ODBC link. See https://support.atlas-sys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011809414-Administrative-Web-Reports for examples of queries that can be run to obtain this information.

Undo Shipped note and history activated due to case sensitivity This issue can be identified by the borrowing system error: "Received unexpected undo shipped message for transaction from [lender symbol]".
The issue occurs if the current lender of the request (in OCLC) is the same that was stored on the request when it was shipped and checked in and, the value in OCLC is stored as lower case but the value in ILLiad is stored as uppercase. This causes the request to not match and prompt the undo shipped note.

ILLIad drops "x" value at the end of ISSN when importing from Docline On both the borrowing and lending side, if the imported the citation and the ISSN end with an X, then the ISXN field in the transactions table leaves off the X in the borrowing Transaction record.

Default primary DeliveryMethod are not not set to Odyssey The search and fill button is not filling in the Primary Delivery method correctly because Illiad is using the default from the FieldTranslation.xml file instead of the Docline Borrowing settings if the ShippingOptions value is left blank in the request. For example, the drop-down is set to Email PDF instead of Odyssey. While the default delivery methods are updated in ILLiad and the default FieldTranslation.xml files, the DeliveryMethods are not set to Odyssey, since the update doesn't automatically overwrite the FieldTranslation.xml file. This prevents the update from overwriting any customizations your site may have.

ILLiad API is not using database defaults for creating new requests Requests submitted through the ILLiad API are not using the database defaults set in the Customization Manager. For example, a request will not appear on the ILLiad reports even though they appear in the client if the CopyrightAlreadyPaid key is set to Null via the API since the reports are looking for the default value of No or Yes. v8.7.4
Workaround: Add the No field to requests submitted through the API.

Docline script error causes a blank Account Type box to appear on the Docline Importing tab External systems running on the user's machine such as McAfee AntiVirus can affect web traffic. Since Docline is running through the web, users may receive a script error upon login. If the user clicks No or closes the script error, they will receive a blank Account Type box.

When creating or editing a Z39.50 server in Customization Manager, the modified field indicator is not removed from the ISSN Search field.
