    It would be helpful to have an indicator on the Appointments tab to indicate when new appointments have been scheduled, in the event the pop-up notice is dismissed. Or a list of "new appointments" like "cleared users".

  6. Add note field to Order Billing page to allow patrons to indicate how they wish to pay (if not paying by credit card).
