The University of Washington would also like this feature, specifically for reproduction requests. When a patron submits a reproduction request, they would like for Aeon to send an automatic email to remind the patron of the fulfillment time-frame. Currently, the time-frame can take a few weeks, but patrons are expecting shorter terms, even though there is language on the request form.
