Allow fields from additional tables to be called in the RequestFromFile process
It would be useful to allow custom fields, transaction flags, and notes to upload via the RequestFromFile template.

NYPL is interested in being able to use spreadsheet during batch processing to import Notes into the Notes section at the bottom of the request.

We store some important data for Transactions in Custom Fields, and currently without being able to populate them during batch creation staff are required to either create requests singly or to edit the created requests serially.

Boston Public Library would also like this function, specifically for the transaction custom fields.
