Scheduled Date field - option to exclude time /change default time
When selecting a date in the Scheduled Date field in a client request form, the time currently defaults to 12:00am. If you are selecting today's date to enter a new request, you must also change the time to a valid time (else receive the error "The scheduled date field must be set to a date that is in the future.")
Is it possible to change the default time to a time that a request would more likely be entered in the client (such as 12:00pm), or to change the default to whatever the current time is? If not, it would be great to have an option to not have to select the time when selecting a date.

This should also apply for appointments - possible to add key to specify start time or match open hours in Appointments configuration
