An error occurred while saving the comment Kathy Coleman commentedThis is important to me. I don't think delivered PDFs should be cloned, but rather patrons should contact for a resend if necessary. I think cancelled requests should be re-submitted, not cloned, so any notes and history will be available. Since we have a rule to put duplicates in a separate queue, cloning an outstanding request would waste time verifying the current status and cancelling the duplicate request.
Unfortunately commenting clone out from where I don't want it removes it as an option for Completed Requests where I'd like it to be an available Action.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kathy Coleman commentedWould like a pop-up for a special field to read when processing borrowing returns--to note conditions for the return like box, bubble wrap, to include IFLA vouchers, etc. Currently we go back into the request after printing and put 1,000 in the pieces field to make a pop-up that will catch our students' attention when processing returns.

We definitely rely on this field! I've been trying to add the field and calendar to 9.2 pages, but having difficulties. You can use the field without a calendar, but the dates could be invalid. Also, I'm curious why the current pages in the CSS still have the code for defining the first day that can be enterred with a datepicker.
