Allow automatic deletion of course and user records
It would be great if Ares could be configured to automatically delete the records for old empty courses as well as the user records for students who are no longer taking classes.

Prevent courses and users from being created when match not found in load files.
Wake Forest University has experienced issues with instructors merging courses and passing different unique identifiers through the LTI link. We support the enhancement request to improve how Ares deals with this scenario, but we would also like to see an option that prevents new users and courses from being created when a matching unique identifier is not found in the corresponding load files. This should have a customizable error message that would notify the instructor to contact the library.

Course and user information comes from the load (overwrites Ares data)
Course and user loads - changes to the user and course information loaded would overwrite the user and course information in the Ares database. There would be an option to prevent web users from editing their own user info and course info. Course and user info could be edited (overridden) in the staff client, but subsequent edits of the course and user info would not carry over after the client edits were made.

Users are created with stub accounts if not in UserValidation if the user can login via LDAP or RemoteAuth
When a user logs in via LDAP or RemoteAuth the first time, their account is created with their Username copied in the LibraryID field. They are shown the NewAuthRegistration.html page, but if the site is using CourseUser loads and the username is not in the UserValidation table yet, the user is stuck with a stub account if the site is passing through the uservalidation data as hidden in the registration page. Option to display course date and time in Ares
Is there an enhancement to be able to view class times in Ares? We want the ability to view when the class is offered in the quarter. Is it once a week class for 3 hours or do they meet twice a week for 1 hour? Students want the ability to check-out a book but keep during class and we are thinking about extending our check-out period to 4 hours to accommodate users who have 3 hour classes. When our IT imports the data into Ares for reserves, we want to see the class day and time they meet. It…

It would be helpful if the 'ValidationUser' could display as TBD or TBA instead.
It is confusing on the staff side, and occasionally, current courses might not have an assigned instructor yet, so students see the ValidationUser displayed on the course details page.
