Allow for more date parameters for reports
Most sites would like reports by semester or year and not necessarily by month.

At the Access Services Conference 2017 it was brought up that sites with multiple processing and pickup locations would like to be able to easily get location-specific stats.

This is particularly true for the usage statistics report. Usage stats are only available per month. Staff would like to be able to report on per semester, as well.
