Georgia Archives would also be interested in this functionality. They need to set up staff reminders to contact patrons to renew publication permissions related to Aeon requests. Right now, they are using flags that they label by Month and Year. They check the flags each month to see which patrons they have to reach out to.

I am voting on this a second time on behalf of the University of Arkansas. This information would also help them.

I am submitting a vote for the St. Louis Public Library - they feel that the clearance process could be a barrier to their patrons, so they would like to be able to shut this off so that new patrons are automatically set to cleared.

Georgia Archives asked that the ItemPages field be increased - they have run out of space with some complex patron requests.

Georgia Archives asked that the mailing address fields be increased and/or additional mailing address lines be added. They work with many government agencies, and mailing addresses are typically comprised of several long lines that include contact name (different from the requesting patron), building, office, department, etc.

The University of Arkansas and Case Western asked that the Title field be increased. It is currently limited to 255 characters and displays a confusing message when the title exceeds the character limit. Case Western noted that many of their collections have very long titles.

The University of Arkansas would like the custom dropdown feature for Transactions on the client side. They are using one of the ItemInfo fields to record delivery stop location codes for CaiaSoft. A controlled vocabulary would prevent typos.

When a patron imports a request from ArchivesSpace into Aeon, the request is placed into the Saved Requests area. There is no option on that page or in the Edit form of the request to submit a photoduplication order instead of a reading room request. The patron has to be submit a reading room request, then know to return to the Main Menu where they can clone the request to copy and cancel the reading room request. For now, both University of Arkansas and Case Western have modified the status lines (SLShowUserReview and SLSubmitExternalRequest) for the Saved Requests page to instruct the patron to contact Special Collections if they need to request a reproduction instead of schedule a reading room appointment.

Another example from the University of Arkansas: they would like to hide photoduplication orders from Awaiting Request Processing, but when the filter is used, it also defaults to hide orders from the New LINX Request queue, which is their new requests queue for offsite storage retrieval. If they uncheck the filter in one queue, it also gets unchecked in the other queues, so it would be more efficient if a filter could be applied to a single queue.

I have submitted a vote for the University of Arkansas and this would also be helpful for Case Western.

Georgia Archives and the University of Arkansas would also like this feature. They often receive multiple reproduction requests from a single patron. They prefer to bill everything in one invoice for the patron. Right now, they are manually updating the billing tab in one of the requests to include all of the charges in one place, but they also have to type out the citation and billing information for the other requests when communicating with the patron via an Aeon email, which can only be sent from one request. Georgia Archives is typing all of the other request info into the Notes field of the request used for billing, and then including the LastNotes merge field in the email template. The Notes field is not available on the Invoice template, though - I've submitted a separate uservoice about this.

I am adding an additional vote via comment on behalf of Bowdoin College.
