Notes Field in the Course Record
Create a notes field in the course record to be able to add content such as if the course is offered online, deferred course, particular notes in regards to cloning or faculty preferences. In our case because our staff work on full courses, it would be useful to add their initials to quickly see who worked on it last.

An additional use of course notes would be to remind staff to ask the instructor about specifics in the class upon cloning to a new semester. In other words "Why were these items removed from student view, do they need to be cloned to the next semester or can they be removed?"
