Allow Full Proxy users to import courses from CourseValidation in the web
If the Instructor is unavailable to import upcoming courses from Course Validation, it would be best if their Full Proxy users were able to see those courses that are in CourseValidation for the instructors they're associated with. Right now these courses do not show at all to the full proxies unless the have already been imported either by the instructor or by staff via the client.

Yes! I had a request from an Admin Assistant to be able to post items on a professor's Course Reserves account. I had an email confirmation from the professor that this person had permission to access their account. While I knew that I could import the course through the client it is important to be consistent and direct users to the web interface. Making exceptions creates confusion for the user regarding the workflow when they use the system in subsequent courses or semesters. This professor was going out of town and it would have been 2 weeks (per Admin Assistant) until they had the time to import the course. While it's a 2 minute task for those of us that use the system all the time, the professor did not have time to become reacquainted with the process.
