staff password complexity description
Add a field to the StaffPasswordComplexity field to allow a plain text description of the regular expression. A user should able to view what the password requirements for staff passwords are without having knowledge of regular expressions.

Add Expired User Indication on User Record
When using User Expiration in 9.1, the only indication of a user's expired status on the User Record is the Expiration Date. All other indicators are the same as a New User :
User Record= no status button active
https://www.screencast.com/t/1xqQr0NbaIZTransaction Record=flag by username and "user not cleared" status warning
https://www.screencast.com/t/0DttY3BXKQkPI would be helpful to be able to readily distinguish between users that are expired vs. users that are new.

Include ability to batch update records
I realize that this could be very dangerous and should be locked down behind something like the database manager, but having the ability to batch update records (transaction, user, lender, etc) in ILLiad would be a huge time saver. There are times when local data or workflows change, and the ability to change more than one record at once would open up a lot of possibilities.

A key to determine if request auto opens (or doesn't) when it's the only item in a queue.
I would like to be able to control if a request will automatically open when searched or when a queue of one is displayed.
Primarily, I want to be able to STOP the request from opening automatically. Many times we search for an item to see info, or route to an active status, and auto opening just slows down our ability to do this as we wait for the request to render.

Overdue Workflow Enhancement
Add option set a time to auto-route extremely Overdue requests (e.g. those which have received notice 3 + 30 days) into a custom queue indicate that the item is lost and an invoice needs to be created.

Limit Number of Library Symbols added to the Lending String with Custom Holdings
Add ability to customize the number of libraries that are added when using Custom Holding to create the Lending String.
Many libraries want to create shorter lending strings (less than fifteen) so that requests are not out for potentially weeks before being filled. Currently, in order to create shorter lending strings you have to manually add library symbols or remove library symbols after using custom holdings to auto-generate a string.

Make a library's loan period visible on the borrowing holdings screen
When creating a holdings list, currently borrowers can see the institution name, days to respond, and fees for lending institutions. It would be nice to see the library's loan period for items in this area.

Tag other ILLiad users in a staff note
We can use flags and notes to ask other ILLiad staff users questions about a request, but it would be even simpler if we could include @PersonName in a staff note and notify them that they'd been tagged for review/response.

Save some user demographic info with the request for reporting/statistics.
Store demographics (ie, non personally identifying information, such as major or department) associated with a user request, to the request, not just the user.
This would allow us to know better understand ‘how many requests were submitted by BIOLOGY majors’ in a given period of time vs. having those BIOLOGY requests migrate to a new major when USERS change major or vice versa.

Change or remove Awaiting Secondary Label Printing process
Awaiting Secondary Label Printing is confusing and sometimes student workers process things in the wrong way and items end up in this queue. Note that OCLC doesn't get updated properly when items are marked found in this queue.

Printing Multiple Requests from a Queue--Simplify Process
Ability to select and print multiple requests from a queue without having to navigate through the merge template process. While it is possible to use the Print Selected Requests option from the Process ribbon, the process requires manually opening a template and completing a merge process.
Ideally, the process would work like other batch printing processes where users are prompted to view/edit a word merge template.

expanded off-times (lower case) flexibility.
Copy RAPID's off-times where we can set off times by time as well as by date. We also had a need for a more immediate closure before the 24 hour limit where we had to close for a hurricane. It would have been nice to set the non-lender status closer to the event instead of putting it a day later.

Allow ILLIAD staff to customize name of column labels.
Hi,
I'm having to do a lot of re-organization of my data after I've created a custom report from ILLIAD. I find myself renaming columns so I know what data I'm looking at. If there was a feature that allowed us to rename the columns in the backend, this would be great for resource sharing managers who have to report on this dataset!

In the ILLiad scanning interface, allow function keys for B&W, grayscale, and RGB settings.
The ILLiad scanning interface already allows use of a Quick Scan Key to initiate a scan, but it's highly cumbersome to still mouse into Settings and switch the dropdown back and forth between B&W, grayscale, and RGB within a request. Could you create a functionality so that staff can program keyboard function keys for each of those color settings and easily switch between them when scanning?

Restrict access to Policies Directory in Staff Manager
We would like to restrict access to the Policies Directory in the ILLIad client by adding permission levels to staff users. Currently this link is available to any staff including student workers who are using the ILLiad client to process requests. We have recently had an issue with a student worker changing our Policies Directory without our knowledge.
The change would inactivate or hide the link to the Policies Directory if the user's permissions did allow for that access.

ILLiad Lending scanning display email of borrower
In the lending scanning window, display the email address of the borrower. When sending via Article Exchange it isn't always known if the email address is filled out in the address book. If the email address is not in the address book, the article does not get delivered.

Consistency with overdue notice schedule settings & disabling notices
Currently LendingReminderDaysBeforeOverdue and BorrowingingReminderDaysBeforeOverdue adding value of 0 will disable lending reminders. However, in the other keys for scheduling the overdue notices, a 0 value will send the notice on the day the item is overdue.
It would be helpful if these keys worked the same way and all allowed the ability to disable the notice if you want to send less than three notices with the automated service.

Ability to have separate Lending constant data for different formats
Ability to create separate Lending constant data for different formats. Life for example, only lend a/v for less time than a regular book and renewal versus non renewal. Then when update, click on a drop down menu for the constant data and scan in all items that apply, then process that queue. Then can do other formats the same way.
