Improve the Billing Manager!
We need a better and easier way to generate lost book invoices.

I would suggest a check box or something similar in the client that would trigger a bill for lost in Billing Manager. Perhaps the configuration for billing for lost could live in the Customization Manager? Configuration would include a standard fee for lost (i.e. $130 or something similar).
