Enable text/sms messaging options without a third party provider.

This is from ticket 8079. Site would like to see text messaging/sms options that do not require a 3rd party provider.

    We have SMS through Springshare's LibAnswers. It would be great to be able to send texts through ILLiad with this service!

    Cool! I was just making sure--I didn't know if maybe Atlas had some sort of agreement with Twilio that it would be interfering with. What I have isn't just a server addon, but the additional setup in the patron webpages is minimal. I'll work on writing up some instructions and submit it soon.

    Hello Andrew! If you would like to submit your addon to share in the community addon directory our developers can review it for compatibility etc. and see if we could add to the list for sharing. I think it would be awesome to provide some alternative options.

    So...if somebody figures out a way to do this with a server addon, would it be appropriate to share?
