Populate new user registration with data from ILS after authentication
Allows users to login with their Symphony barcode and pin and then pull their existing data from Symphony into the new user registration form for Illiad account to help users complete the form.

This would be a helpful feature for us and would circumnavigate the trouble we're currently having with stub accounts created as a by-product of using RemoteAuth (EZproxy) for authentication, which currently can't take advantage of the authentication enhancements that rolled out with ILLiad 9.1. Using something like SIP2 could be used to authenticate and populate the New Auth Registration form would be ideal, especially if there's a way to allow/block users based on User Cat fields that we have for ILL eligibility.
