I would like to be able to include the "user note" from a borrowing request in the email template, "Question about your Request."

Often a patron will include a note or ask a question in their request. I will use the "Question about your Request" email template when I follow up with them. It would be helpful to have their original note in the email with the request information (title, author, etc.) so that my email to them makes sense.

Currently we can either pull over the "last note" or ALL of the notes in a request. Since we are using several different products that automate things, each one puts a note in the notes field and the email can be full of strange notes that mean nothing to the patron.
