An error occurred while saving the comment Laura Leone commentedEven though batch-assignment of an appointment is possible in the client, it would also be helpful to be able to import the appointment date when batch creating requests from file, i.e. csv spreadsheet template. Thanks, Katie, for adding this!

An error occurred while saving the comment Laura Leone commentedThe appointment should remain active in the web pages as well so a patron can associate additional requests with the appointment as the appointment progresses.
An error occurred while saving the comment Laura Leone commentedThank you, Katie! We do have reading rooms (with same day requesting) that have afternoon paging times during which researchers are allowed to place additional requests. So this fix would be very significant for us.

This seems like an old one but it's still not fixed. We also cannot do a user search for a name with diacritics, which is odd since the system does support diacritics and other characters in request records and in general. Is this something that will be addressed?
