An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Vitti commentedWe use a custom queue, “Awaiting Overdue Resolution,” for items that are still checked out to patrons but which we’re planning to bill shortly. We’d like those to show up in the “Checked Out Items” section of the ILLiad homepage along with items that are actually in the “Checked Out to Customer” queue. (I tried editing the DisplayStatuses table to show “Awaiting Overdue Resolution” as “Checked Out to Customer,” but it kept the requests listed in the in bottom/in process section of the homepage.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Vitti commentedIt would be great if we could also choose a custom template for the selected items rather than the default template for that queue, if desired. (For example, we have different templates for borrowing receives that are circulating regularly versus library use only; being able to select the LUO template for the batch of LUO items would be very helpful.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Vitti commentedA variation on this idea that would work well in our context is to have option to set the User Expiration Date to automatically truncate the due date assigned in ILLiad, so that users who are graduating/expiring won't have due dates beyond their departure.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Vitti commentedIt's possible to hard code alternate sorting options into the tables. We sort Electronic Documents to put the PDF received most recently at the top (based on TransactionDate), and we sort Checked Out Items to put the item due first at the top, but you can sort ascending or descending by a variety of fields. See the "orderby" part of each line of code below. This is not something that patrons can set individually, but our user testing indicated that these two changes have made the default display much more useful to those with a large number of requests.
ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS:
<#DATAREPEATER name="ElectronicDelivery" TemplateFile="templates/DataRow_ElectronicDelivery.html" orderby="TransactionDate DESC" noDataAction="You have no electronic documents.">CHECKED OUT ITEMS:
<#DATAREPEATER name="ViewRenewCheckedOutItems" TemplateFile="templates/DataRow_CheckedOutItems.html" orderby="DueDate ASC" noDataAction="You have no items checked out."> -

We also have a custom queue ("Awaiting Overdue Resolution") that we'd like to show in an active status so it can be returned at the circ desk via WebCirc. Similar to the request to be able to specify which queues count as a checked out item on the webpages (https://uservoice.atlas-sys.com/forums/581665-illiad-ideas/suggestions/42649084-allow-staff-to-customize-which-transaction-statuse), it would be helpful if these choices were also reflected in WebCirc.
