Actually, I guess in general, what I'm asking for, is ability to route request transaction processes within the order grids. BTW, I'm signed in but displaying as anonymous, this is Heather @ UCSD

We have worked out a way to do this as part of the request submission, but we're using an external finding aid request form. - Heather @ UCSD

Yes please, I just came here to add this. And a related suggestion: most recent activities show at top, older activities descend in order on the page display. This could even be an intermediate step if the toggle/archive feature is more complicated to achieve?
