    We process dozens of requests per day like this (requesting by ISSN if the citation does not have a PMID) so it would be super helpful!!!

    Communicating with our users about upcoming changes would be great, especially with the upcoming new web pages in 9.1, sending an email in advance could prevent some inevitable confusion.
