An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedChange the ILLiad request form to accommodate ebook borrowing and lending. It would be great if ILLiad counted the ebook as a book rather than a copy. Treating the ebook request as a loan will create problems (due dates, return, etc.). Would like for ILLiad to treat as an copy , but count as a book when generating reports.

Currently, when the lender updates a request to ship, the borrower is automatically charged. This creates problems when items are never received or the wrong item is shipped. The borrower should have an option to indicate that the item was never received or the wrong item was shipped and not be charged through IFM in such situations.
