Allow Site specific local info entries that would populate email templates
We would like the option to specify separate contact details and email "from" addresses for every Site in our Aeon instance and for those specific contact details to populate local info fields and the from address in email templates based on the Site value of the request.

ArchivesSpace addon for Aeon client - ability to import location information
Would like the ability to import information from the Location record in ASpace, specifically from the Location title field, as part of the 'Import Instance' functionality. The info should write to the Aeon Location field in the transaction record.
4 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedThis was released with version 2.0 of the Aeon ArchivesSpace Client Addon. Added support for importing the titles from each Location that is linked to an instance’s Top container.

Accessibility for Aeon?
Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, but is there any information about Aeon accessibility for people with disabilities? We have to do an accessibility audit, and the person I'm working with did a quick look and said he already saw problems.
4 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedWeb accessibility is supported (and enforced) in the 5.0 and newer web pages.

Aeon - ArchivesSpace Fulfillment Plugin - import digital object info
The University of Arkansas would like to know if a requested ArchivesSpace component has a digital object instance. This would help with reproduction requests so that staff know when a reproduction already exists. They would like for the plugin to be able to import this info into the Aeon request record.
3 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedAs part of the updated ArchivesSpace Fulfillment Plugin released with Aeon 5.2, the following mapping has been added:
digital_objects
- semi-colon (;) separated string list
- contains the IDs of all digital objects associated with the record.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin: Ability to import Conditions Governing Use note
I am submitting this on behalf of an Aeon library, and I also think the enhancement would be useful to other libraries. The library would like for the contents of the Conditions Governing Use note in ArchivesSpace to import into Aeon. Many libraries use this note in conjunction with the Conditions Governing Access note (which does currently import into Aeon).

userestrict
- semi-colon (;) separated string list
- contains the combined contents of all published userestrict notes associated with the record.

Include scheduled visit date when cloning request
Hi, is it possible to include the scheduled visit date when cloning requests? Or is it possible to required the scheduled visit date, or any field for that matter, in the staff client? Thanks!
3 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedThis was released as part of Aeon 5.0.
The CloneScheduledDateInClient customization key has been added to the Customization Manager under System | General to determine if the scheduled date is copied over when cloning transaction in the staff client. Default value is set to “No”.

Allow activity requests to filter by Queue Name instead of Queue ID.
In the Aeon staff client, on the Activity Requests screen, the filter options for Transaction Status display the Queue ID instead of the matching Queue Name. Most sites do not know the Queue ID, so it would be preferable to filter by Queue Name. See screenshots below for examples.
Quick filter options: https://www.screencast.com/t/VHIm62Vnrg6v
Filtering by Queue Name returns no results: https://www.screencast.com/t/u7jvUBVDyA
Must filter by Queue ID: https://www.screencast.com/t/8903Vb66a4n3 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedReleased in Aeon 5.0. Allow appointments to be required for only one auth type
Some sites require appointments for external/non-affiliated researchers but not for campus affiliates. Ex: students can continue to walk-in to see materials, but a visiting researcher must make an appointment.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - restrictions checkbox
The University of Baltimore would like for ASpace to indicate when the Restrictions Apply? checkbox is checked in the collection record in ArchivesSpace, as opposed to importing the Access Restrictions note, as the plugin currently does. This is because restrictions note isn't always used because it doesn't always apply; a clearer indication for them is if the checkbox is checked.
2 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedThe true/false value from restrictions_apply can be mapped to Aeon via the OpenURLMapping table.

Request Merging for ASpace PUI
Hi,
I don't know if this is an idea but I'd love to get feedback. We're testing requesting from the ArchivesSpace PUI. We're relying on the "request merge" feature for part of the process. The idea is that if a patron requests multiple items from the same box, these requests will automatically merge into one request. To the patron, the request has all of the titles concatenated in the itemtitile field, separated by pipes. But it looks a little long and confusing. We thought maybe an bulleted list would be clearer. But I don't know how other people use the…
2 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedA new option called :top_container_mode has been added to the plugin configuration. Top container mode limits requesting to resource records and archival objects with top containers. The request button directs users to a new form in Aeon, ArchivalRequest.html, that will render the top containers as checkboxes. Each checked box will submit 1 request to Aeon. The requests will be submitted to Awaiting Request Processing.
The updated plugin also includes more granular options to control requesting based on restrictions. And an option to flag containers stored offsite.
More information is available in the documentation.

The dropdown menus in the custom search query builders do not include all possible options.
Modify the way the custom search dropdowns for PhotoduplicationStatus and TransactionStatus are built to include all custom queues, even if they haven't been used yet.
It might also make sense to add dropdowns for selecting tracking status values.
