How can we improve Aeon?

Allow Site specific local info entries that would populate email templates

We would like the option to specify separate contact details and email "from" addresses for every Site in our Aeon instance and for those specific contact details to populate local info fields and the from address in email templates based on the Site value of the request.

    Yes please! We find that there is a need for site specific back and forth communication between patrons and staff.

    This would be extremely useful, allowing us to coordinate research appointments by having researchers simply hit reply.
