Don't clone previous scheduled date when cloning activity requests
When an activity is cloned, the new requests retain the previous scheduled date. Ideally, the new requests should be updated to include a new scheduled date equal to the begin date of the activity.

Is this related to the "Cloned activity request should update with new scheduled date" If so, that increases the votes.
