Ability to batch edit requests
We would appreciate being able to batch edit requests. I'm sure there are other batch editing use cases, but one that occurs regularly for us if the need to add the same note to multiple request tickets. It can take quite a bit of time to open/edit multiple tickets. In addition to the ability to batch edit various notes fields, adding/updating the scheduled date field would also be useful.

Clearance status in the Appointments tab in the client
In the Appointments tab, agenda view, you can currently see the researcher's name, user name, time slot, and number of requests. It would be helpful for there to also be an indication of their clearance status (perhaps with a column for cleared/not cleared, or by using a different text color or background shading for the different statuses). That way, it would be easy to look at the day's researchers and get a feel for how many are new, versus returning. Perhaps clearance status can show up in all the available views if possible.

Pull location data from ArchivesSpace into new Aeon requests made via the ArchivesSpace Aeon Fulfillment Plugin
The University of Southern California Libraries would like the ArchivesSpace Aeon Fulfillment Plugin to pull container location information from ArchivesSpace into new requests made via the plugin. The location "title" from ArchivesSpace (e.g., "Grand, 2, Bookstacks [Row: 103, Section: 1, Shelf: 1]") could export into the Aeon request's Location or SubLocation field. Ideally, if a user submits a request for an Archival Object that is linked to multiple containers, the fulfillment plugin would create a separate Aeon request for each container (with each container's corresponding location title from ArchivesSpace).

Add -force option to Aeon Server update scripts
Add -force option to Aeon Server update scripts to make the update scripts download and install the latest, no matter what.
A couple of times I've run into instances where the update scripts failed for some reason, but then subsequent runs state no updates are available, yet some of the files have not been updated.

Allow Aeon to send requests to ILLiad for reproduction fulfillment
The University of Baltimore would like the reverse functionality of the current integration between Aeon and ILLiad. They would like to send Aeon reproduction requests to ILLiad. This is because Access Services staff use ILLiad to manage certain reproduction requests from Special Collections. They think it would be easier for Access Services staff to work in ILLiad on these requests instead of having AS staff work in Aeon. When the requests are fulfilled, ILLiad would update Aeon and make the reproductions available to the patron.

Check Out Item/ Reshelve Item / On HOLD
Would be more efficient to scan TN barcodes directly into Check Out Item/ Reshelve Item / On HOLD fields that can be located at the top of the Homepage without searching for the request first. Would be even more beneficial to not have to click on a Check Out Item/Reshelve Item/On Hold icon if we could just scan directly into a field and that is how the request would be automatically processed (without clicking on icons)

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin: Ability to hide request button at specific record levels
Currently, you can configure the "requestable archival record levels" setting in the plugin so that the Aeon request button is disabled at specified record levels in ArchivesSpace. It would be helpful to have the option to completely hide the button at those specified record levels where users cannot make requests.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - Ability for patrons to make more than one selection in ArchivesSpace
A library using the Aeon Fulfillment plugin in ArchivesSpace would like for checkboxes to appear at the requestable levels (e.g. file, Item) so that a patron may select more than one resource before using the plugin to log into the Aeon and submit the requests via Aeon. They are essentially looking for a "shopping cart" feature on the ArchivesSpace side.

Post Request via Aeon API
We need the ability to POST requests to Aeon (after acquiring an authentication token). We do not want users to be sent to the Aeon site and leave our finding aids site when making a request, so we would prefer to submit the request in the background. This seems like the most basic integration one could want, yet it's missing from the current API.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin: Ability to import Conditions Governing Use note
I am submitting this on behalf of an Aeon library, and I also think the enhancement would be useful to other libraries. The library would like for the contents of the Conditions Governing Use note in ArchivesSpace to import into Aeon. Many libraries use this note in conjunction with the Conditions Governing Access note (which does currently import into Aeon).

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - Import Creators at Collection level
The Aeon Fulfillment Plugin for the ASpace PUI can currently import Creators that are added to the component level in a resource record, but it cannot import Creators that are added at the collection level. I am submitting this idea on behalf of an Aeon library that adds creators at the collection level - this is common practice, so the plugin should also be able to import Creators from a collection-level resource record.

ArchivesSpace-Aeon Fulfillment Plugin: Ability to map specific values from specific fields so that a specific request form can display
A library is using the ArchivesSpace field "instanceinstancetype" to pass the value "Graphic Materials," which is used to denote audio visual materials. They would like for the ArchivesSpace-Aeon fulfillment plugin to pass this field to Aeon so that the Aeon Document Type field will be populated with "AudioVisual" and the AudioVisual request form will open.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - Import data from Rights Statement sub-record
I am submitting this on behalf of an Aeon library, and I also think the enhancement would be useful to other libraries. The library would like for the contents of the Rights Statement sub-record in ArchivesSpace to import into Aeon. This is not possible right now, as the Rights Statement does not publish to the PUI. However, it has been a frequent request for the ASpace development team, so if they do make the Rights Statement sub-record available on the PUI, some Aeon users would want that data to import into Aeon.

Request Merging for ASpace PUI
Hi,
I don't know if this is an idea but I'd love to get feedback. We're testing requesting from the ArchivesSpace PUI. We're relying on the "request merge" feature for part of the process. The idea is that if a patron requests multiple items from the same box, these requests will automatically merge into one request. To the patron, the request has all of the titles concatenated in the itemtitile field, separated by pipes. But it looks a little long and confusing. We thought maybe an bulleted list would be clearer. But I don't know how other people use the…

Have the Site field set based on the staff user's DBC when creating requests from an Excel
If a staff user forgets to include the Site value when creating requests from an Excel file, the Site is set to blank and the requests are not visible to staff. It would be helpful to have the Site value automatically set based on the user's DBC in the same way it is set when single requests are created in the client.

Keyboard Shortcut to close forms
It would be helpful to have a keyboard shortcut command to close the active form to keep the clicking to a minimum when working with large groups of requests. It would also be very helpful for the reading room check-in process.
