  1. Staff client access controlled by server authentication (single sign on, LDAP, etc.)

    This would be important to discuss how this would work.

  2. Increase the granularity of staff client permissions

    Examples of permission limitations that sites need are necessary. Are staff limited from editing or viewing? Would a web interface with only certain available tasks fix the issue?
