Create keys for or add additional fields to CustomDropDown table to indicate on which form a field should be displayed
Example: Fields like Status are often hard-coded on NewUserRegistration and NewAuthRegistration if the site wants some statuses that are internal-only or if the statuses should display differently for affiliate vs non-affiliate users.
Including keys in the customization manager or some way to indicate which options should be included on which form would allow for more flexibility with those options and eliminate the need to hard-code the values on the web forms.
