Add key or checkbox to allow sites to determine if a specific field should clone to a new request.
Ex: if a user places a request but includes a range of boxes, staff will need to clone the request and update the barcode (ItemNumber). If the barcode field is set not to clone, staff can add the correct barcode to each cloned request.
