Allow for the customization of the print template used for appointment calendar (as a word doc) so it can only show working hours and other visual changes

Agreed! We need to share the daily calendars with visitor services and security staff, none of whom have access to the Aeon client. We have been using screenshots from within the client, but this is not ideal.

Being able to export appointment information would be great. Currently, the Museum's security staff need to know the researchers who have appointments prior to them entering the facility (and having contact with reading room staff). Our security staff don't have access to the Client so we're looking for a means to export a list of registered appointments (by day or by week). A customizable print template would be a great way to do this.

Agreed! We really don't need to print out who (no one) will be in the reading room from midnight to 8am. Right now that takes up a lot of space that could be devoted to additional information about the appointments that ARE scheduled during our open hours.
I am really glad that it's an option to print this out, though - it's very useful!
