Allow researchers to cancel their appointments up until their appointment time
It would be great if researchers could cancel their own appointments within the minimum lead timeframe.

This would be a useful feature but it would be useful for the associated requests get routed to a related queue to avoid materials remaining on hold for extended periods of time.
