Add Appointment Creation ability to API/Endpoints
Need the ability to create appointments in the API so that we can leverage that when using external requesting.

At the University of Pittsburgh, we currently use the Rockefeller Center's fantastic DIMES application stack (https://github.com/RockefellerArchiveCenter/dimes) to integrate ArchiveSpace and Aeon with our digital collection platform, Islandora. We are very interested in an API integration to create appointment times. The ability for a user to submit desired appointment times would provide the full self-service we'd like to provide our visitors.
