Preventing users from booking simultaneous appointments in two reading rooms
We need a setting which prevents a user from booking simultaneous or overlapping appointments in two reading rooms at the same time.

Now that we are scheduling appointments in 2 reading rooms this is super important! We don't want people double booking slots since the whole point is to accommodate as many more people as possible.

This is a crucial improvement, as we have added a second room for booking appointments to try to accommodate as many researchers as possible. If they double book rooms, that defeats the purpose.
