If I am not mistaken, the Merge Users function appears to require me to scroll through two (very long, in our case) lists of accounts, and click "Merge" only after having highlighted the duplicate accounts -- one on the left side and one on the right.

It's time consuming to do this -- so maybe there could be a search bar at the top of both lists, where you can enter the first few letters of any given names.

And/or: you could have the ability to enter the first few letters of the name to bring you to that record. For example, if you had the Last Name field highlighted, you could start typing WAS and be brought to Washington.
