We know this exists in the Aeon staff manager, but don’t see a way to do so in ILLIad. This is a functional gap between the two products.
We would like to be able to display the Description field in the columned display. We find it useful when reviewing staff accounts in order to address staffing changes, etc.

Allow for different error messages based on response from LDAP server
This would allow site administrators to configure different status line responses for login attempts based on the LDAP error response so that patrons can know if they had invalid credentials or exceeded login attempts.

Clear browser cache
Grant us the ability to clear previously entered browser data and the web cache within the "Docline request web browser window" in the illiad client, perhaps at the very least add a back button?
This lack of functionality can be particularly problematic with Docline's new multipath sign-on feature. A user in the illiad client could enter a "valid" login, like say their facebook, google, or institution's SSO credentials, which would pass thru the gateway, but still wouldn't be authorized with Docline. Locking them out docline but having no easy way to change their credentials to the "correct" login.

One Button to Turn Off ILLiad authentication
We no longer use ILLiad authentication. We have been using our University authentication system for years. With the new update, all of our old user accounts that still have ILLiad Authentication checked were locked out. Please create a way to change the authentication method for all of our users at once.

Authentication - allow for multiple ldap sources and queries.
Request to allow the Customization Manager to make more than one LDAP query and point to more than one Active/Directory.

Allow LDAP to query multiple servers
This would allow site administrators to differentiate users based on which server is authenticated against in Users table.

Gray out notification methods not selected
Gray out Email Notifications and SMS Notifications checkboxes (on the User form) if the selected Notification Method is Mail or Phone

Ability to change password for all libraries for shared server sites
Allow staff user to change their password across the board for all sites on the shared server, as applicable.
