Add ShippingOptions dropdown available from Update Stacks Searching & Borrowing Receives interfaces
We need a dropdown with a controlled vocabulary to indicate outgoing shipping method/return shipping methods on outgoing Lending loans and incoming Borrowing loans. The ShippingOptions table appears to be a good option, but it's not available from either of these views.
