    After the semester is complete, Ares should delete any courses from that completed semester that have no items in them. This is more common now that sites are using the course and user load option with creation.

    In addition to the courses, Ares should remove any users that have no courses assigned to them.

    This could either be a job that the System Manager runs periodically or have a user interface for the staff to initiate.

  14. When cloning a course in the web, Ares item with document type 'Create' ignore the ForceReviewOnClone setting for their DocumentType.
