Commenting on this to keep it near the top of the list as this is a fix we would really like to see happen. We've got a workaround in place for same-day requests but it is a bit tedious and requires additional steps. Thank you!

I agree that Appointment History should include information about who created the appointment and who makes edits, just like with requests.
