Add the Export tag to request tables on MainMenu.html and ViewRequestHistory.html in the default web pages.

Exporting records to csv can be done for Activities, why can't it be enabled for regular requests as well? This would also be so helpful for our patrons and staff too. Many people ask for this functionality and it's an extra burden on staff to have to do this from the Aeon Client.
