Design a reference module within the Aeon staff client
We need to know how many sites would use a reference request management system within Aeon, versus having Aeon connect to an existing one. What sort of features are mandatory for it?

We would prefer to link reference questions to LibAnswers as this is where we track our reference questions.
Currently we create tickets in LibAnswers that come from Aeon. This is cumbersome.
We prefer using LibAnswers as we can send attachments and photos through that system. -

What features are necessary for your site to use the reference module within Aeon? Would you prefer that or to integrate Aeon with your existing reference system?
