I'd like to be able to create a filter that is unique in our Staff Template to unique queues. Right now any time I have a filter applied, the filter automatically applies to any other queue, but for certain queues it would be helpful, for instance, to automatically only view a single day's requests.

Another example from the University of Arkansas: they would like to hide photoduplication orders from Awaiting Request Processing, but when the filter is used, it also defaults to hide orders from the New LINX Request queue,which is their new requests queue for offsite storage retrieval. If they uncheck the filter in one queue, it also gets unchecked in the other queues, so it would be more efficient if a filter could be applied to a single queue.
