Allow users to sort requests by scheduled date & submission status
All saved and scheduled requests are currently listed in Outstanding Requests, and there isn't a way for users to easily sort out just the requests for their upcoming appointment. There also isn't a good way for them to view when they have an appointment coming up, short of going into each request (and they may have requests scheduled for different days). It would be good if the patron could see the dates they have requests scheduled and the requests scheduled on those dates, as well as be able to sort Submitted vs Saved requests.

Agreed. Also, we have different locations where materials are served, and would like researchers to be able to sort by location/research division. Now, users have to create their own tags and apply those to requests if they want to filter by location, which is less than ideal.

Agree on both counts.
A way for patrons to see their upcoming appointments would be useful although I imagine that most users would schedule all active request for the same visit.
More important for us is a way to search (by call number), sort (e.g. by date submitted or date of visit) and filter requests and a way to handle the display where a user has a very large number of active, saved or historic requests. Some of our internal users could have over 100 requests at one time.
