Allow staff to attach documents to emails sent from Aeon client

Staff would like to be able to send PDF documents, invoices, etc to patrons by attaching the document to an email sent from the client.

    Georgia State University would also like this feature, such as to attach a receipt for a paid order.

    Yes, I think it would be very useful. After the invoice is generated in the aeon client, it would be good to attach the pdf to the email for the user
