Allow appointments to be set for certain days only while leaving other days open for scheduling via scheduled date
Allow more nuance in appointment configuration to set some days as appointment-only and allow other days to still be open by scheduled date or not require an appointment.

This would be incredibly helpful for those of us who require appointments on weekends, but allow walk-ins during the week. - Amanda (LSU)
