Import location information from ArchivesSpace in requests received by other external systems.
If a request is received in Aeon from a system that is not the system of record like ArchivesSpace, auto retrieve the matching record ArchivesSpace location and update the Aeon request. Sometimes external systems are not updated real time and the location may have changed. This would prevent staff going to retrieve items in the wrong location and then needing to do detective work to find the correct location in ASpace and retrieve again.

This Aeon server addon is available and could manage this process. If Aeon could query the system of record (in this case, ArchivesSpace) to refresh or fetch dynamic information it would improve the accuracy of information displayed to those who service requests and likely save time in some cases.
