Ex: We are going to have renovations this summer and we will shift the Wednesday hours from 11-6, with lunch recess from 1-2 to 10am-5pm with lunch from 12-1. I want to only change the calendar for the 3 months of summer. My concern is that if I change the official reading room schedule it will impact the availability in the fall and other people planning their future visits to the library outside of our altered summer schedule.

The only current workaround for this is to update the open hours and then create exceptions for all dates that do not currently fit that schedule. This is onerous and time-consuming.
