I am submitting this on behalf of the University of Tulsa. The appointment configurations in the customization manager include a Public Note field for exception dates, but this public note does not appear on the patron web interface. If a patron mouses over an exception date on the appointment calendar, a generic note displays: "Disabled date [full date]" instead of the public note in the customization manager.
