Currently, seats/tables can be assigned when the user is signed into the Aeon client. Some sites pre-assign seats in order to ensure all users have the proper space for the materials they are using. There is no mechanism to record this in the Aeon system currently. Add a field that pulls from ReadingRoomLocation in the CustomDropDown table where staff can pre-assign the seat. It would also be great is the seat could be automatically populated when staff sign the user in (and potentially some way to prevent another user from being signed into that seat during the pre-assigned user's appointment).
