    I agree with Derek on this - we are experiencing a not insignificant # of users forgetting appointments, or just having general confusion with the appointments functionality - so any reminders would be extremely helpful.

    Seconding this. We want to be able to edit existing notes on both user profiles and individual requests. Currently notes can only be added or deleted.

    This would be a great, integral feature for us as well. We would like to enable bulk edits to request fields. Currently only bulk routing is possible, but we would like, for example, to change a patron's scheduled date or edit a call number for multiple boxes in bulk.
