    I agree with Derek on this - we are experiencing a not insignificant # of users forgetting appointments, or just having general confusion with the appointments functionality - so any reminders would be extremely helpful.

    Seconding this. We want to be able to edit existing notes on both user profiles and individual requests. Currently notes can only be added or deleted.

    This would be a great, integral feature for us as well. We would like to enable bulk edits to request fields. Currently only bulk routing is possible, but we would like, for example, to change a patron's scheduled date or edit a call number for multiple boxes in bulk.

    Yes, this would be great. If we can see not only the user name, reading room, and seat location in the RR sign-in area, but also see the materials currently checked out to the user, that would be ideal and extremely useful.

    I also echo the sentiments listed here! Yes, please make this happen! And also, I'll chime in here about the RR sign-in section on the dashboard - can we also display what each user signed into the RR has checked out at any given time? There may be another enhancement for this already...Thank you, Laura Leone at NYPL.

    Agreed. Also, we have different locations where materials are served, and would like researchers to be able to sort by location/research division. Now, users have to create their own tags and apply those to requests if they want to filter by location, which is less than ideal.
