An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedGeorgia State University would also like this feature. There are some requests that move to other queues based on actions performed by the patron (i.e., approving an order, which updates the request to Awaiting Order Payment) or by staff using an email template with routing rules. Staff find it difficult to monitor when queues get updated with requests. The site also writes: "It would help a lot when the "main" person was out of the office, or we have an in-person researcher making an appointment to come in and we have a bunch of materials to pull. An alert system, so-to-speak to cut down on the number of time I have to open up each queue to see what has changed."

An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedGeorgia State University would like this feature (and also the ability to print a receipt for multiple orders).
An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedThe University of Pittsburgh would also like the ability to create a single receipt for multiple paid orders for the patron.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedGeorgia Archives and the University of Arkansas would also like this feature. They often receive multiple reproduction requests from a single patron. They prefer to bill everything in one invoice for the patron. Right now, they are manually updating the billing tab in one of the requests to include all of the charges in one place, but they also have to type out the citation and billing information for the other requests when communicating with the patron via an Aeon email, which can only be sent from one request. Georgia Archives is typing all of the other request info into the Notes field of the request used for billing, and then including the LastNotes merge field in the email template. The Notes field is not available on the Invoice template, though - I've submitted a separate uservoice about this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedUC Santa Barbara would like for the Resource Identifier of the ASpace resource record to write to the Aeon CallNumber field instead of the EADID that is currently writing to the CallNumber field.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedThe University of Baltimore and UC San Diego would like for the "ArchivalObjectInstance" that currently writes to the ItemVolume field to not include repetitive information. It includes the collection name and location information (both repetitive - that information already writes to other fields as part of the import), along with the top container type and indicator, which is the only information needed in this field. Baltimore would also like the ability to have the location information write to the SubLocation field instead.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedThe University of Pittsburgh would also like the ability to import the child and grandchild instance information.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedThe University of Pittsburgh would also like to import an indication when the "Restrictions Apply?" checkbox is checked. The checkbox is located in the Basic Information section of the resource record at both the collection level and the component level.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anne Marie Lyons commentedThe University of Southern California would like the following mapping customizations to be available in the addon:
· No author or barcode info would be imported into the request. Barcode is currently included in the container string that maps to the ItemVolume field.
· ItemVolume would only get the specific box information; for example, “Box 6," instead of the lengthy string of additional fields that is currenlty importing
· The collection number should import into the CallNumber field . Right now, the collection number is only included in the container string.
· The location information should map to the ItemSubLocation field instead of the Location field.

Aeon 5.2 includes a status-specific appointment feature, which allows staff to set different lead time and appointment requirements based on user status.
