Purdue University would also like this feature. They would like for the researcher to be able to select multiple collection areas of interest during registration. On the web registration form, the controlled vocabulary options are presented in a multi-select checkbox list. If staff need to modify anything on the staff side, though, they cannot select multiple options from a controlled vocabulary list.

Boston Public Library would like this feature, as well. Because custom fields cannot currently accommodate more than 255 characters, the Notes is the only field that they can use to potentially record information about conservation needs and outcomes (they are currently working on a conservation workflow in Aeon). The requests sometimes need to be cloned because materials might be reshelved in between the identification of conservation needs and the actual conservation activities. The information would be lost, though, because the Notes field is not included in the cloning.

The Boston Public Library would also like this feature. Right now, one site has to manually update these emails before sending.

Georgia State University would also like this feature. There are some requests that move to other queues based on actions performed by the patron (i.e., approving an order, which updates the request to Awaiting Order Payment) or by staff using an email template with routing rules. Staff find it difficult to monitor when queues get updated with requests. The site also writes: "It would help a lot when the "main" person was out of the office, or we have an in-person researcher making an appointment to come in and we have a bunch of materials to pull. An alert system, so-to-speak to cut down on the number of time I have to open up each queue to see what has changed."

Georgia State University would like this feature. They would like to be able to make certain text more noticeable to patrons, such as a cancellation notice or special instructions.

Georgia Archives and the University of Arkansas would also like this feature. They often receive multiple reproduction requests from a single patron. They prefer to bill everything in one invoice for the patron. Right now, they are manually updating the billing tab in one of the requests to include all of the charges in one place, but they also have to type out the citation and billing information for the other requests when communicating with the patron via an Aeon email, which can only be sent from one request. Georgia Archives is typing all of the other request info into the Notes field of the request used for billing, and then including the LastNotes merge field in the email template. The Notes field is not available on the Invoice template, though - I've submitted a separate uservoice about this.

The University of Washington would also like this feature. They are using a custom field to record preferred pronouns. They would like for this field to display on the signed-in users grid.
